It has become increasingly disturbing at the rate that the Constitution is being subverted by those we have elected to represent us and our interests in Congress. The schism between the views and opinions of the voting public and Congress has reached a historical all time low. They are not listening and feel that they know what is best for their States and Districts. Nothing could be farther from the truth! It is our goal to use this site as a sounding board for frustrations and a vehicle for solutions that each of us can do to take back the country, reaffirm Arizona's State Sovereignty and reassert the Constitution.

We need you to help us distribute copies of the Constitution at every event that you attend where ever you go. Time is running out and there is an all out assault on its destruction that has been going on since the turn of the 20th century with the Progressive Movement. They have nearly succeeded. Let's hope that it is not too late and that we can lead the SECOND AMERICAN REVOLUTION through education and the ballot box.

OBAMACARE TO BE HEARD BY SCOTUS

The first “critical issue” is the lawsuit against the Patient Protection Act that will be heard by the Supreme Court the week of March 27 - 31. This case is being heard over a 5 day period both in the mornings and afternoons. This is a monumental case and the future of these United States rests in the hands of the SCOTUS.

According to procedure, Chief Justice John Roberts will decide at some point in the hearings who will write the opinion based on which side (pro/con) the majority leans. Our postcards will be sent beginning the 21st of March so they will begin arriving at the SCOTUS on March 27th. After the hearings it is assumed that the ruling will come some time in September, but that is an arbitrary assumption as there is no “time table”.

These Post Cards will coincide with the Tea Party Patriots “Road to Repeal” Rally on March 24th and the American’s for Prosperity’s Rally on March 27th, both in opposition to Obamacare.

Messages need to be brief and succinct. There is no “vote” there is only “opinion” Comments should be made to persuade opinion. For example: “60% of the American public did not want Obama care when it was passed; 75% don’t want it now”, or, “Congress voted in favor of a bill that still has not been written completely and will cost more than $103,000,000,000.00 more than the original estimate”, any facts that you can find that support finding Obamacare unConstitutional. They know the facts but it is important that they know that WE know the facts too.

Stack your 10 cards and send them every day. If you want more Post Cards I will have them at each of the meetings. It takes a $.32 stamp.
